HP Certified Refurbished Poly products are covered under Sencomm’s standard return policy. Units may be returned within 30 days, provided they are in their original packaging. Please note that a 25% restocking fee may apply. Any exceptions or adjustments to our return policy will be clearly noted in your pricing quote.

You may receive the HP Poly standard warranty associated with the respective product(s) purchased. HP Certified Refurbished products are backed by the original HP Poly base warranty. In other words, there is no difference between the base warranty offered for a new HP Poly product and the equivalent HP Certified Refurbished product. The warranty of the HP Certified Refurbished product starts with the date of purchase and refreshes the original warranty. It is important to note that this is not a remaining warranty policy.
